Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in perfect condition. We ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact.

Any items not in resale condition and that have been purchased on a Facebook LIVE or as a sale item are non-refundable.

No refund will be given after the 14 days in receipt of your order .

Please fill in the following form within 48hrs for a return address and return - Returns Form 

Remember, please retain proof of purchase and also proof of postage.

Postage will be charged on returns (please note return postage will not be refunded) however refunds will be credited to your original method of payment if found to be faulty, once the goods are received and checked. 

If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

We cannot be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage and return items by First or Second Class ‘Signed For’.
